[Version 2.0] How to Check Balance Amount & Entitlement of All Leave For Staff In Leave Policy (Check Leave Policy)

  1. How to Check All Leave for All Staff on Leave Policy in Employee Staff Details


  • To check each staff's leave, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:


Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff



Step 3: Click Leave Policy
Step 4: Check the leave amount in the Entitlement & Balance column



Note: The HR/Admin side needs to ensure the balance amount & leave entitlement according to the formula below:


  • The value in "Balance" must be smaller than the value in "Entitlement"
  • The value in "Entitlement" must be greater than the value in "Balance"
  • The value in "Balance" & "Entitlement" is the same
