[Version 2.0] How to Cancel a Staff Overtime Application on the MySyarikat Website (Reject/Cancel Overtime Application)

  1. How to cancel a staff overtime application in the Claim Approval section
  • To cancel the staff overtime application in the Claim Approval column, HR/Admin/Overtime Approval can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click Approval
    Step 2: Click Claim
    Step 3: Click Overtime Claim



    Step 4: Click Claim Approval
    Step 5: Click the cross icon on the desired staff overtime application



    Step 6: The following display will be displayed & HR/Admin can click OK

  • To cancel the staff overtime application in the Claim Report column, HR/Admin/Overtime Approval can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click Approval
    Step 2: Click Claim
    Step 3: Click Overtime Claim



    Step 4: Click Claim Report
    Step 5: Enter the date, Department, staff name, type of Overtime & desired Overtime application status
    Step 6: Click Filter
    Step 7: Click the eye icon on the desired staff Overtime application



    Step 7: Click Cancel Application
    Step 8: Click Confirm


Note: To reject a staff Overtime application, HR/Admin/Overtime Approval can click the Reject button
