[Version 2.0] How To Apply Leave In The MySyarikat Website

- In the Version 2 website, HR/Admin can apply for leave for staff. Apply for leave as usual. Then in the Applicant column, enter the desired staff name
- If the following display comes out, it means that the remaining leave for the requested leave is insufficient
HR/Admin can review & change the Leave Policy (Employee Details) section of the staff only. HR/Admin can refer to the following tutorial link:
- If the following display comes out, it means the remaining leave for the requested leave is 0

- If the following display appears, it means that the requested leave date has been set as an Off Day or a Public Holiday

- To apply for leave on the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Apply
Step 2: Click Leave
Step 3: In the Applicant column, enter the desired staff name
Step 4: In the Start & Finish Date column, enter the desired date
Step 5: In the Category column, enter the desired type of leave
Step 6: In the column What is/are your reason? enter the desired information (if necessary)
Step 7: In the Supporting document column, enter the desired file (if necessary)
Step 8: Click Apply Now
