* The MySyarikat system provides 4 types of Cut Off Date, namely Unpaid Leave, Financial Claim, Overtime Claim & Lateness

* The Cut Off Date set at System Setting > Payment & Payroll Month that is generated are interrelated with each other

2. Description For Cut Off Date Financial Claim For Months That Have Total Days Of 31 Days

* Financial Claim Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month

3. Description For Cut Off Date Financial Claim For Months That Have Total Days Of 30 Days

* Financial Claim Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month

|| Therefore, the Financial Claim cycle cut off date will be taken 1 day in the future which is 1/5/2024


4. Description For Cut Off Date Financial Claim For Months That Have Total Days Of 28 Days

* The set cut-off date is 31 days of the month

|| For Payroll Month March, Cycle cut off date Financial Claim is calculated from 1/3/2024 to 30/3/2024 because the month of February only has 28 or 29 days
|| Therefore, the Financial Claim cycle cut off date will be taken 1 day in the future which is 1/3/2024

* If the generated Payroll Month is February, the Financial Claim application that will be included in the February Payroll is from 31/1/2024 to 29/2/2024
