- Additional Notes For HR/Admin
- HR/Admin can add Category to this Evaluation Category
- The MySyarikat system has provided 5 categories (these 5 categories are fixed & cannot be changed or deleted) & there is no limit for adding categories
- If you want to view the Form that has been set, HR/Admin can click View Form
- If you want to update the Form that has been set, HR/Admin can click Update Form
- All means all types of Forms that have been set, including Forms that have been disabled will be displayed in this column
- Active means that only all types of Forms that are turned on will be displayed
- Inactive means that all types of forms that are turned off will be displayed in this column
