# [Versi 3.0] Cara Close Payroll Dalam Sistem MySyarikat

Untuk sistem MySyarikat hantarkan payslip kepada semua staf, pihak HR/Admin perlu setkan status Payroll kepada Closed terlebih dahulu. Ini kerana hanya Payroll berstatus Closed sahaja yang akan membolehkan semua staf untuk Download payslip dalam app MySyarikat  
  
Sebelum setkan Payroll kepada Status Closed, pihak HR/Admin perlu generate payroll terlebih dahulu. 

Untuk Closed Payroll, pihak HR/Admin boleh rujuk langkah berikut:  
  
__a) Pada Payroll Berstatus Preparing__  
  
Langkah 1: Klik Payment  
Langkah 2: Klik Salary Payroll  
Langkah 3: Klik ikon mata pada payroll berstatus Preparing

Langkah 4: Scroll ke bawah & klik Next  
Langkah 5: Tunggu approval approved kan payroll tersebut (jika ada)
Langkah 6: Setelah Approved Payroll, klik Payment & Close

Langkah 7: Klik Complete & Send Everyone Payslip

__b) Pada Payroll Berstatus Approved__  
  
Untuk Closed Payroll, pihak HR/Admin boleh rujuk langkah berikut:  
  
Langkah 1: Klik Payment  
Langkah 2: Klik Salary Payroll  
Langkah 3: Klik ikon mata pada payroll berstatus Approved
