Untuk batalkan permohonan time off staf pada bahagian Time Off Approval, pihak HR/Admin boleh rujuk langkah berikut:  
  
Langkah 1: Klik Approval  
Langkah 2: Klik Timeoff  
Langkah 3: Klik Timeoff Approval  
Langkah 4: Klik ikon pangkah pada permohonan time off staf yang dikehendaki
