1. **Klik "Dashboard"**
2. **Klik pada templat yang telah dicipta **

3. Klik simbol "Setting"
4. Klik "People"
5. Masukkan nama pelulus pada bahagian "Approver" yang akan meluluskan surat 
6. Masukkan nama pekerja pada bahagian "Recipients" yang akan menerima surat 
7. Klik "Assign" untuk hantarkan surat kepada pelulus (approval)
