How To Make Salary Payment In RHB Bank

Important Note for HR/Admin : It should be noted that the MySyarikat system does not have the function of paying salaries directly to bank staff accounts. The MySyarikat system only provides Bank Files for uploading by HR/Admin in the bank portal for bulk payment purposes.

How to make salary payments through the RHB Bank Portal

To make a salary payment through RHB Bank, you can refer to the steps below:

Log in account in the RHB Reflex portal

Step 1 : Click file upload

**Step 2 ** **: ** Click "Bulk Pay

Step 3 : Select the Payment type

Step 4 : Click on the "choose file" section and upload the bank file

Step 5 : Select File Format

**Step 6 : ** To confirm the transaction you can refer to the step :

Step 6a : Click the button (◄ ) and enter the PIN Number. The word "APPLI" or "rHb" will be displayed then click button 2

**Step 6b : ** Enter the "Challenge code" on the Token

*Step 6c: ** The token will generate an 8-digit number and must be entered in the "Token" column

**Langkah 7 : ** Klik "submit"

**Step 8: ** Click "upload status" to confirm that the transaction is received by RHB Bank
