# [Bank File EN] How To Make A Salary Payment In PUBLIC BANK

|| Important Note For HR/Admin:
|| It should be noted that the MySyarikat system does not have the function of paying salaries directly to staff bank accounts. The MySyarikat system only provides Bank File for HR/Admin to upload in the bank portal for bulk payment purposes.

### How to make salary payments via the Public Bank Portal.

Step 1: Click Login.
Step 2: Select PB Enterprise.

Step 3: Enter Company ID and User ID.

Step 4: Go to Home.

Step 5: Choose File Upload and attach here.

Step 6: In the Select Bank column, select Public Bank.
Step 7: Click Public Bank ECP Format and download the bank file from the MySyarikat system.
