# [Bank File EN] How To Make A Salary Payment In OCBC BANK

### Step 1: Login to OCBC Velocity

1. On the login page, select your **Country/Region** from the dropdown menu (e.g., Malaysia or Singapore).
2. Enter your **Organisation ID**, **User ID**, and **Password**.
3. Click the **Login** button to access your dashboard.

### Step 2: Uploading the Salary Bank File

1. Click on the **Transactions** tab from the top menu bar.
2. Select **Upload file** from the dropdown menu.
3. **Configure your upload** on the file upload screen:
    * Select the appropriate **File Format** (e.g., *OCBC GIRO* or the specific format recommended by MySyarikat.
    * Click **Choose File** (or *Browse*) and select the bank file you just downloaded from MySyarikat.
    * Click **Upload**.

4. **Verify the status**: The system will display the *File Upload Status* as "File is being verified". Once complete, ensure the status updates to **Uploaded successfully** before informing your authoriser.
