# [Bank File BM] Cara Membuat Bayaran Gaji Pada OCBC BANK

### Langkah 1: Log masuk ke "OCBC Velocity"

1. Pada halaman log masuk, pilih "Country/Region" (Negara/Wilayah) anda daripada menu lungsur (contohnya, Malaysia atau Singapura).
2. Masukkan "Organisation ID", "User ID", dan "Password".
3. Klik butang "Login" untuk mengakses papan pemuka ("dashboard") anda.

### Langkah 2: Memuat Naik "Salary Bank File" (Fail Bank Gaji)

1. Klik pada tab "Transactions" daripada bar menu atas.
2. Pilih "Upload file" daripada menu lungsur.
3. Tetapkan muat naik anda pada skrin "file upload":
    * Pilih "File Format" yang sesuai (contohnya, OCBC GIRO atau format khusus yang disyorkan oleh MySyarikat).
    * Klik "Choose File" (atau "Browse") dan pilih "bank file" yang baru sahaja anda muat turun dari MySyarikat.
    * Klik "Upload".

4. Sahkan status: Sistem akan memaparkan "File Upload Status" sebagai "File is being verified". Setelah selesai, pastikan status dikemas kini kepada "Uploaded successfully" sebelum memaklumkan kepada pihak "authoriser" (pemberi kelulusan) anda.
